These private communal gardens in Chelsea were designed to create a calm, woodland-inspired retreat within a dense urban development for Cadogan Estates. Located at the heart of the scheme, the residential landscape design features layered planting, organic forms and natural materials, delivering a soft, immersive environment for residents.

Spanning two interconnected courtyard spaces, the gardens support movement, relaxation and social interaction while overcoming complex constraints including podium construction, level changes and a blue roof drainage system. A tiered planting strategy ensure resilience and year-round interest. The result is a high-quality urban landscape that balances with tranquil, nature-led design.
