A prestigious residential development in St Johns Wood London

This luxury development of fourteen houses was on a thin sliver of land formerly occupied by the Saatchi art gallery in St Johns Wood, closely surrounded by buildings that needed screening. Additionally, the design was to include pedestrian access and a pleasant setting to all the new properties. As so often the case in London, it was all constructed with minimal depth over a below ground car park.
